Timer Up Privacy Policy

Timer Up does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Data we store

All data you create in Timer Up (Sets, alarms, labels, icons, and app settings such as theme and language) is stored only on your device, using local on-device storage. We never send it to a server and we never receive it.

Permissions we request and why

Notifications: to show Set, alarm and timer alerts, including, on Android, the full-screen ringing alarm (iOS shows a standard notification banner instead).
Exact alarm scheduling: so Set steps and alarms fire at the precise time you set.
Full-screen intent (Android only; iOS has no equivalent): to show the ringing alarm screen even when your device is locked, the way a dedicated alarm clock behaves.
Foreground service (Android): to keep a running Set accurate and its notification updated while it is active.
Ignore battery optimizations (Android, optional): some phones restrict background apps in ways that delay or silence alarms. You opt in from Settings.
Receive boot completed (Android): to reschedule your Sets and alarms after your device restarts.
Keep screen awake and vibration: used only while a Set is running full-screen or an alarm is ringing.

None of these is used to send data off your device. They only control how and when the app may show you a notification or ringing screen.

Third-party services and analytics

Timer Up uses no analytics, advertising or tracking service. No data about you or your usage is sent to us or to any third party, because none is collected.

Children

Timer Up does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Data retention and deletion

Since nothing leaves your device, we hold nothing on any server. Uninstalling the app removes all of its local data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect app changes. The version in effect is always the one at this page's address.

Developer responsibility

The developer of this app is solely responsible for its operation, maintenance and content. Neither Apple nor Google is involved in operating this app.
